A Special Thursday Night

Thursday night we had the pleasure of enjoying the company of two of the munchkins.  K had play practice, but B was not needed at that one.  So B and Lil Man came to play with us for a couple of hours.  It really doesn't take much to entertain those two.  B had some creative time with Lincoln Logs . . .

B has many talents and enjoys playing games.  So, Poppa and B and I played Uno [ it has been years since we did that].  It was great fun!  While we played cards, the brownies were baking and then cooling.  The brownies were a BIG hit!

You might wonder what Lil Man was up to during all this time.  Well . . . he didn't really seem to enjoy the Lincoln Logs.  And it didn't take him long to look through the old toys in the toy boxes from the closet.  So, besides the brownies, his greatest fun was . . . , not surprisingly, playing games at our computer.

What can I say?  He's his Daddy's son.  And, if I do say so myself, he is very talented.  Lil Man would probably have stayed there for hours, interrupted only by warm brownies, but had to leave quickly when Mommy and K returned.  It was a week night and everyone had to get up early the next morning.
Poppa and I had a wonderful time and hope the munchkins can come back again soon!
